hahahha.
medicine dnd was pretty fun.

we got our room and watched wild sex.
i'm not tellin' you how good that show is.

it cracks you and and grosses you out AND teaches you things all at one time.

it's also changed the lives of jeslyn and michael forever.
even in nydc they will think of wild sex and get psyched up.

we changed into our outfits and made a grand entrance to the ballroom and were soon clicking away at our cameras.

the food was so-so. not tt great. the entertainment was not bad.

we managed to milk our $50 bucks for its worth by being one of the two grps to contend for BEST DRESSED TABLE! =)

so our prize is ... one packet of nougats. HAHAHAHAHAH.

we headed down to the butter factory for the afterparty and it was alright.

downed some funky flaming drink and prissy jeslyn and i had to use a straw for fear of burning our lips.

busted the joint and checked out the runners for the army half marathon while on the taxi and was convinced that army boys look like secondary school kids

sat around eating cup noodles. comparing seeing stars and fainting spells.
then slept on the comfy bed till sunday!

now, i shall date guyton.

i'm typing this off my macbook!

a macbook is not all pretty, sherlene!
there are NO viruses and i can use office anyway. so it rocks! =)

so i got the wireless working for me.

met wanqi for lunch today and we were in whiney mode all over again. setting our asses in coffee club and refusing to budge. =)

wanqi knows my SHAMEFUL love and lust for ting if she were a he. HAHAHA.
"i would marry her/him in a heartbeat."

went costume hunting with naitous yesterday. at masquerade where there were CATS in the shop. OH MY. brushed past my hand. TSK.

then went to THE COSTUME SHOP at golden landmark which REALLY isnt a costume shop. it's a dance accessories shop.
i may have even gotten ballet shoes and character skirts from there when i was a VERY CUTE AND SWEET lil girl learning ballet EONS AGO. DONT LAUGH.

they were sweet and provided us with a full list of where to get the costumes from. guess we werent the first ppl to get fooled by their shop name.

headed to one shop with unfriendly staff and STEEP prices.
then to No. 1 costume shop.

we're going as
PIRATES.

cool or what.

anyway the boys look pretty cool. like jack sparrowish and all.
jeslyn and i look
well. like slutty pirates.
at least she got a revolver as weapon.
i got some weird thing which so doesnt intimidate anyone.

HAHAHAHAH.

and today the boys missed the chance to witness my INCREDIBLE badminton skills. that MAY put michael the vj badminton captain to shame. HAHAAH. DONT LAUGH.

well well.

in other news, i had HALF a muddy mud pie today. if you havent tried it, it's GOOD. seriously. but tonnes of fat.
i think a jog is needed.

i've got my macbook alrdy.

=)

the wireless's not set up yet.
my sister's been extremely busy.

i've however set up my printer and photos and stuff on my macbook.
=)

my desktop's working normally now TOO! YAY!
i'm so cool. YAY!

so i've been busy. there was the rag overnight thing.
met the guys at the padang and unveiled their deepest darkest secrets! ooh. i'm good!

helped out with the shifting and stuff but since i'm ONLY A GIRL, basically i just lifted some poles and put bricks on the cover to act as some paperweight. HAHAHA.

then decided to get a latenight movie. THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM!
LOVE MATT DAMON. so HOT STUFF. so RUGGED. so INVINCIBLE.

went to timbre for drinks. and had silly talk. they were all very happily occupied by my conversation topics. REALLY.

i did a prisonbreak to climb over the FENCES to sit there. DONT SCOFF.

school started on monday and i've been waking up at 6.30 EVERYDAY.
plus. i gotta plan my outfits.
it's stressful. hahahaaha.
no la. i think it's quite fun. seriously.

started studying. taking down notes. practicals.
YAY!

played ping pong with alon ben paul at ben's place today.
i'm GOOD.
HAHAHAH. i use the heavenly blade bat.
how cool is that.
met weeleng at holland v. had a hearty italian meal complete with italian waiters and italian accent! WHOA right.
wee's voted HOTTEST FRESHIE IN SMU ACCOUNTANCY.

and lose some weight.

everyone MUST remind me to eat LESS.
and NOT to drink coffee unless absolutely necessary.

i'm ill. i'm coughing. i'm nursing a blocked nose. i'm having an itchy throat.
my blood test bruise on my hand is appearing now. i have a green patch on my hand.
i'm not sleepy. i've alrdy slept 15 hours.

GOSH. somebody entertain me. make me sleep!

ADVENTURES OF HOLA & NOLA!Saturday, August 11, 2007

i was supposed to embark on a crazy jog from my place to the prata house at thomson.
till my frend got injured and had to get some physio done. SILLY. hahaha.

so no crazy jog.
and i was ALMOST late for KNOCKEDUP with nola and boxian.
i SPRINTED through citylink and marina square to the cinema and was NOT late for the show. YAY! =)

in the end box was lateR.

it's a hilarious film. get past the gross nudity and stuff first though. and the language is SO bad. i lost track of the number of F*** and its variations used in one sentence.

hahahah. still. i LOVE katherine heigl.
she's pretty. =)
i can't pronouce her name though. !

bumped into yiling and her posse of boys. ooh.
hahahah.

had a LONG walk to suntec where we couldnt stop gasping at how small the world is. HAHAH.

and we got great buys. and VERY reluctantly, dragged by our empty stomachs, to tonkichi for some katsu. =)

box is going off to carnegie mellon.
we'll miss her!

we trudged to clarke quay to our FAV riciotti.

our sofiato-warm choc cake was gone. so we had some gelato. and seriously. i reccommend this place to everyone. it's opposite central at riverside walk. beside an indian restaurant.
after 9 pm, the desserts go HALF-PRICE!
yummy! =)=)=)=)
like instead of 6 bucks, they go for 3! GO GO GO GET!

nola and i were at fashionbar, ok more like gawking at the leggy folks, when we bumped into 3N ppl who were having a cool pre-national day class outing!

we left for nola's home to join her lil bro ben and his cute frens who were sleepingover too! we played guitar hero.
GREAT FUN. everyone go try. !

and i was really quite lousy that night.

nola was no better. ! hahahaha

so when they were having breakfast the next day, we PRACTISED!
and we became very good. with STAR POWER even. DONT MESS WITH THE GUITAR HEROES!

nola's a bimbo. we were trying to set up the xbox. and we were STUCK in dead or alive 4. we couldnt get out of the game.
and we CANNOT ask the boys. it would be UNBECOMING for 2 future doctors to be so silly and have to ask small 17 year olds.

then. we realised that. nola. didnt. put. the. disc. for. guitar hero. in. !!!!!!
WOW. we're so smart. the dead or alive disc was in there. NO WONDER we were stuck in that.

hahahhahha. had a great laugh! and went on to greater things like powerpt presentations on nola's mac. and being all techno-ish!

nola's parents brought us out for a yummy breakfast then lunch at bukit timah. trudged home and JOGGED. =)

i feel less fat already. HAHAHAHAHA.

i finally got my computer to STOP restarting on its own.

anyone knows why the computer will just keep restarting on its own?

SAVE ME.

having witnessed my incredible PC restart itself for about 5 times, my mum has decided to get me a laptop.

i dont really need one for school and i'm kinda afraid of using a mac.

macbook is so fun.
though it looks so difficult to pick up.

HMMMMM.

now i dont know if i shld even switch my PC off.
i'm scared.
hahahaha.

i think it's about time i went jogging.
if not, on wed i might just wilt on the way to prata house!

i'm fed up with the whole pc-mobile transfer thing.
i installed the program and hung my pc.
then i DIDNT know what to disconnect when i'm supposed to "SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE"
i did it anyway and got it done.
now i can't download the theme into my mobile.

i shld really be a flintstone.

on the other hand, i am HIGHLY excited by 3G and video calling.
EVERYONE WHO HAS 3G, CALL ME ON VIDEO CALL WHEN YOU WANNA CALL ME.
that is, if the charges are as per normal. i think it shld be. singtel lady told me it's the same.

anw. today i collected my bags and looked at the matric fair stuff.
i THINK i've signed up for fencing. capoeira-because shuyi wanted a FIGHTING sport and was sooo ready to sign US BOTH up for muay thai?! , ballroom dance thingy, KENDO (what are we thinkin of?!), floorball with shuyi. HAHAHAHAH

we're crazy.

plus, fencing at nus does NOT have sabre. so i dunno what i'm up to. either they start sabre with ME, or i'm not joining. i dont even like foil.

yes. and we ask bimbotic qns at the macbook booth. what do you expect from us? hahah.

shuyi (in hushed tones),"what is an adaptor?"
?!

sales person," we have wi-fi, dreamweaver, Mac OS ......"
Hui Wen," where is the wi fi?"
HAHAHAHAAH.

i get it. no wires for wi-fi. it's in-built.
i know. i just wanted to know if it's included. somehow my qns came out silly.

at least i managed a good qns-what's the battery life like?

see? i'm not that silly.

well well.
i shall attempt to do that file transfer thing again.
and i've gotta face gupson tmr for salsa. let's hope no more foot grabbing!
